Two New Grill Books

Last year I wrote a blog about the library of cook books we’ve written here at The Companion Group. From burgers to pizza, we’ve written some amazing recipes and taken dozens of beautiful, mouth-watering photos. This year I’m proud to say that we’ve added two more books to our collection, and they’ll soon be available for purchase. The first of these two books is titled Let’s Smoke and it takes the reader on a journey highlighting the benefits of grill planks and the flavor that wood can impart on your food. Our second release, Burgerology, celebrates one of my all-time favorite foods: hamburgers. These two books are a must-have for any hardcore home griller.

Burgerology

Burgers come in all different sizes, from sliders to classic style and even burgers that are stuffed with flavor enhancing ingredients like cheese or mushrooms. In Burgerology, we cover all three of these types of burgers with flavors from around the world. This burger book contains 15 delicious recipes guaranteed to satisfy and inspire any burger craving, no matter how big. Let’s Smoke

Planking is an age-old technique that involves cooking food on a slab of wood. Cooking on a plank infuses your food with hints of wood flavor. In this book we cover all aspects of a meal, from appetizers to main entrees and even deserts. Our goal was to make planking something anyone can enjoy by demonstrating how simple and tasty it really can be.
