Mediterranean Blend: Made with hickory wood, produces a strong flavor. Best used on red meats like beef and lamb. Contains notes of sage, thyme, basil, and rosemary.

Holiday Spice Blend: Made with apple wood, this pouch produces lighter, sweeter flavors. Great for poultry or pork. Contains notes of anise, allspice, orange peel, and cinnamon.

Latin Blend: Intended to be used with beef, but can also work for chicken, pork, and lamb. Contains notes of mesquite wood, oregano, cilantro, cumin, and bay leaf.
