Place two tortillas on the work surface and fill with grated cheese, peppers, cooked meat or any variety of ingredients. Fold each filled tortilla in half and transfer to basket. Lock the basket ring into place and grill until cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Then turn to brown the other side.
