Our wood chip blends in convenient disposable aluminum trays. Fill tray with water, wine or other liquid flavoring. After soaking, pour off the liquid and poke holes in the bottom. Place on charcoal or gas grills under the grate, or directly over the heat source for a wonderful smoky flavor. Great for picnics or camping.
