This all-you-can-eat pizza festival will take place on Saturday, October 15th in Berkeley, California. Guests will sample pizzas cooked on over 20 roaring Pizzeria Pronto pizza ovens and vote for the People’s Choice Award. The event will also include demos of pizza making tools and techniques, shopping at the Pizzacraft store, beer gardens, and a Kids’ Fun Zone. Once again, all proceeds from this event go toward Pizzacraft’s favorite charity, Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency, which serves the homeless, poor, and disabled in the Bay Area.
Tickets for the festival are now available for purchase; online tickets are $10 for adults, while tickets at the door are $20 (cash only). The ticket price gets guests unlimited, all-you-can-eat slices from the competing teams as well as $5 off their next pizzacraft.com purchase. Children under 12 years are free when accompanied by an adult. Adults over 21 will be given wristbands to enter the Lagunitas Brewing Company, Fieldworks Brewing Company and Gilman Street Brewery tents, which will pour $5 beers.
In between wolfing down slices, kids can take a break to play in the Kids’ Fun Zone. Children can have their faces painted, play mini carnival games, or create their own paper “pizzas” at the crafts table.
