It’s never been easier to make great pizza at home, and it all starts with a great pizza stone. Let me tell you about the round glazed pizza stone from pizzacraft. The glaze on this stone makes it so that it’s easier to release the pizza from the stone once it’s done cooking, and it also makes it a lot easier to clean. The stone is made of cordierite, which means it’s thermal shock resistant; it’s not going to break if you put a cold pizza on a hot stone. These built-in handles make it easy to transport the stone to and from the oven. You don’t have to preheat this stone, but we do recommend that you do preheat it a little bit so that you get this really nice crispy crust on the bottom. You can safely put this stone either in your oven or on the grill, and you want to work at a high temperature, as high as you can get your oven or grill, 500 degrees or more. You can use any kind of dough you want, a great homemade dough or any store-bought pizza dough that you can imagine. So with the right combination of fresh ingredients, you can achieve the same results of your favorite pizzeria.

So there you have it: glazed pizza stones by pizzacraft. Enjoy!
